Here is a useful bit of stuff for you D1 owners. We have 60 embroidery patterns to choose from within System5. Wouldn't it be nice to have them all laid out in front of you - in the flesh! So to speak.

 This is a kit gives you the HUS and the original CAN files to do the job. Download swatches. It is a zipped file.

The following text is from the Readme file included in the zipped download.

Hi all, These zipped files contain both the original CAN files as well as the HUS files. They were made with System 5 software. They are designed to work with the medium sized 150x240 D1 hoop. 12 swatches in 4 rows and 3 columns per HUS file. The rectangles were made with autofill. Each have a fill density of 4 with an 8 stitch length and fill angle of 10 degrees. There are no color changes in the HUS files. I have given you the CAN files so that you may change the settings. Especially the density settings. They average 22,000 stitches per HUS file. It takes quite a bit of embroidery thread and bobbin thread so be forewarned.
