Widgets and Gadgets
I've been seeing offers for Widgets pop up on my screen. What are Widgets?
- A.L., California
Ms. L has a MACBOOK Pro. And she was referring to email advertisements for MAC based widgets. Now, word "widgets" (soemtiems called "gadgets") can apply to not only to a MAC but, also to a PC and it covers a wide array of programs. Basically, it is typically a simple single function program that operates on your desktop (or browser). To find some cool widgets check out the links at the bottom of this page.
